Service providers connected to your account can now see all tasks assigned to their shared properties. Previously, if you had a large number of open tasks, some assigned to shared properties wouldn't appear in their task list, making it harder to track work across your managed homes.

Vanio now syncs your calendar, guest reviews, booking requests, property details, and messages with your property management system more reliably. Calendar updates to your PMS are optional and can be controlled per connection, giving you more control over how your systems stay in sync. Hostaway connections are now more secure with improved authentication.

Group-shared service provider connections now automatically stay up-to-date when you add or remove properties from a group—no manual reconnection needed. Properties added to a group will immediately appear for connected service providers, and properties removed from a group will have their access properly revoked.

The support helper now respects when Ivan has replied to a guest message and won't create a draft response on top of his reply. If a draft was already created that you'd like to remove, you can use the new discard command to delete it.

Vanio now imports all your Airbnb listing data—including inactive listings—so you can review your property information and evaluate your business before reactivating them. Guest communications and automated workflows stay safely turned off for inactive listings, protecting you from accidental automations on properties you've temporarily disabled.

Click on any pin on your listings map to instantly view that property's Airbnb details—including photos, guest ratings, reviews, and a direct link to open the listing on Airbnb in a new tab. You'll also see the property owner's profile and any additional Airbnb listings they manage, all without leaving Vanio.

If you connect multiple Netatmo accounts to monitor different properties, each login will now stay active and properly display all its monitors. Previously, adding a new Netatmo login would disconnect the earlier ones, causing you to lose readings from those properties until you reconnected them.

Your revenue reports now accurately reflect prepaid rental terms alongside subscription payments, giving you a clearer picture of monthly and annual income. The dashboard loads significantly faster when you refresh key metrics and filter your listings map—you'll see results instantly instead of waiting several seconds. The listings map now shows which customers own properties in each country, making it easier to track your portfolio by region.

We've fixed an issue where Vanio AI replies sent to Airbnb would occasionally appear twice in your message thread. Going forward, when you send a message through Vanio AI, it will display correctly as a single message in your conversation history.

We've clarified how we track Repull and Vanio customers separately, so our reporting and dashboards now accurately reflect which platform each property manager signed up with. This means you'll see more precise data about active users and listings across our system.

Two-factor authentication now works reliably for all languages, and you can check "Remember this device" to skip it on your next login. We've also fixed issues preventing single-property accounts from importing their bookings and messages correctly.
