Reviews Management

Every review from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and your direct site in one place. Vanio drafts a reply for each one, alerts you to negative reviews, and auto-requests reviews from guests after checkout.

Reviews Management

Vanio brings every guest review into one inbox — no more logging into three different extranets to see what people are saying. Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and reviews from your direct booking site all show up in the same place, and Vanio helps you respond to each one in minutes instead of hours.

All your reviews, one inbox

As soon as you connect a channel under Settings → Integrations, your reviews start flowing in automatically. That includes:

  • Airbnb — both the reviews guests leave for you and the ones you leave for them, plus star ratings for cleanliness, communication, check-in, accuracy, location, and value.
  • Booking.com — the headline, what guests liked, what they didn't, and the category scores Booking exposes.
  • VRBO — pulled in alongside your reservations.
  • Direct bookings — reviews requested through your Vanio website live here too.

There's nothing to set up. Once the channel is connected, reviews keep syncing on their own.

AI drafts a reply for every review

The moment a review lands, Vanio writes a response for you. It's not a generic template — it's personalized to that specific stay. Vanio pulls together everything it knows about the guest:

  • Who they are and how many times they've stayed with you
  • What they messaged about during the stay
  • What actually happened (late check-in, maintenance request, early departure)
  • What they said in the review itself

Then it drafts a reply in your voice, mentioning the guest by name and referencing the real details of their trip. You read it, tweak anything you want, and hit approve. Vanio posts it back to Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, or your direct site automatically — you never have to log into the platform.

If a reply isn't needed, you can mark the review as ignored and move on.

Get alerted when something goes wrong

Negative reviews are surfaced immediately so you can respond fast, before they sit there collecting dust. Vanio flags the complaint, tells you how serious it is, and suggests what to do about it — whether that's a refund, a maintenance ticket, a follow-up message, or just a thoughtful public reply.

If the issue likely affects other units in the same building (broken elevator, no hot water, pests), Vanio points that out too so you can fix it once for everyone.

Ask guests for reviews automatically

After a guest checks out, Vanio can send a review request on your behalf — through the right channel for that booking. You set it up once under Automations → Reviews and forget about it. Vanio keeps track of who's already been asked, so the same guest never gets pestered twice, even across platforms.

More requests means more reviews, and more reviews means better ranking on every channel.

See how each property is really doing

Open any listing and you get a full review dashboard:

  • Star rating trends over time
  • Scores broken down by category (cleanliness, communication, location, value, accuracy)
  • The most common complaints, ranked by how often they come up
  • Your response rate and average response time
  • Sentiment trends so you can spot a problem before it becomes a pattern

If cleanliness scores start slipping at one property, you'll see it here first — and you can share the exact guest quotes with your housekeeper so they know what to fix.

Connected to every guest profile

Every review is linked back to the guest who wrote it. Open a guest profile and you'll see every review they've ever left you across every stay, every channel. Repeat guests, long-term relationships, VIPs — it's all in one place.

Getting started

Connect Airbnb or Booking.com under Settings → Integrations and reviews start appearing within a few minutes. There's nothing else to configure — Vanio handles the rest.
