Auto-Matching — Tasks Come to You

If you don't want to sit and browse the marketplace, turn on auto-matching. Vanio learns what kind of work you like — where, when, for how much — and sends matching jobs straight to your phone the moment they're posted.

Turning it on

Open the Vanio app
Go to Marketplace → Auto-Match
Tap Enable Auto-Match
Set your preferences (see below)
Save

From that point on, any job that matches gets sent to you as an SMS or push notification — usually within seconds of being posted.

What to set

Home base — the address distance is measured from
Max distance — how far you're willing to drive (e.g. 15 miles)
Working days — which days to receive offers
Working hours — what time of day you can start
Minimum pay — don't bother me for less than $X
Task types — cleanings, maintenance, inspections, or all
Auto-accept — if you want, let Vanio claim jobs automatically as long as they match every rule

Auto-accept vs notify

Notify (default) — you get the alert and tap to claim. Safer for most people.

Auto-accept — Vanio claims the job for you the moment it appears. Best for people who want to lock in every matching job without delay. You can set a daily cap so you never wake up to too much work.

Priority boost

The more jobs you complete reliably, the earlier auto-match sends you offers. Top-rated cleaners see matches before anyone else in their area — a real advantage during busy weekends.

Pausing

Going on vacation? Tap Pause Auto-Match at the top of the screen. No new matches will be sent until you resume. Resume from the same screen when you're back.

Common questions

Will I miss jobs if I'm not watching my phone? No — jobs you miss stay in the marketplace. You can still browse and claim them manually.

Can I have different rules on weekends? Yes — set separate preferences per day of the week.

What counts as a "match"? A job matches if it's within your distance, on a working day in your working hours, above your minimum pay, and of a task type you accept.

Is there a fee? Auto-match is free. Standard marketplace service fees apply only on jobs you complete.
