Vanio AI transforms your property management experience by letting you handle everything through natural conversation instead of clicking through menus. Simply ask questions like "How's my revenue this month?" or "Show me today's check-ins" and get instant answers with interactive charts, guest details, and actionable insights right in the chat. Your conversations are automatically saved and searchable, so you can quickly reference past questions without starting over.
Getting started
Switching to AI mode

Find the toggle — Look for the "AI Assistant" toggle in your dashboard header

Enable AI mode — Click the toggle to switch from traditional navigation to conversational AI

- A welcome message appears with suggested questions

Common questions
Can I switch back to the regular dashboard? Yes! Click the AI Assistant toggle again to return to traditional navigation. Your conversation history stays saved for when you switch back to AI mode.
What if the AI doesn't understand my question? Try rephrasing with more specific details or time ranges. The AI learns from each interaction and gets better at understanding your particular management style and terminology.
How do I set up automatic AI tasks? Create any task in your task manager and assign it to "Vanio AI" with a due date. The AI will automatically execute it at the scheduled time. For recurring activities, use the Procedures feature to set up workflows that run continuously.
What are the amber notification banners? These appear when the AI encounters complex situations and is actively learning from them. They're part of the continuous improvement process—the AI creates detailed reports to enhance future responses. You can safely continue your conversation normally.
What happens if my calendar sync fails? You'll see sync failure notifications in your timeline with automatic retry status. The system attempts to fix sync issues every 10 minutes. If problems persist, the timeline will show you which specific calendars need attention.
Is my conversation data secure? All conversations are encrypted and stored securely within your Vanio account. Only you and authorized team members can access your chat history. Conversations are never shared with other customers or used for training purposes.
