Performance Analytics

Know who's great, who's slipping, and where to invest. Vanio tracks every task, photo, hour, and guest reaction so you can run your team on evidence instead of gut feel.

The dashboard

Open Staff → Performance to see your whole team at a glance. Each row shows:

  • Tasks completed this month
  • Average task duration
  • On-time start rate
  • Photo quality score
  • Guest-linked issues (complaints traceable to that person's work)
  • Earnings this period
  • Reliability score (0-100)

Sort by any column to find top performers or the people who need a conversation.

Deep dive into one person

Click any staff member for their profile:

  • Full task history with photos
  • On-time vs late breakdown
  • Trend lines over time (improving, flat, declining)
  • Guest ratings that mention them
  • Incidents and reports
  • Tip totals (a surprisingly good quality signal)

You can leave notes on their profile — private feedback you can reference in reviews.

Property-level view

Flip to Properties → Performance to see things the other way around. Which properties are fastest to turn? Which get the most complaints? Which have the biggest photo-to-task ratios (usually a sign of attention-to-detail)?

This view helps you spot properties that need more time budget, different checklists, or a different crew.

Metrics to watch

  • On-time rate — great teams hit 95%+. Below 85% is a red flag.
  • Average turnover time — compare similar properties. Outliers usually mean inefficiency or skipped steps.
  • Photo compliance — are staff sending the required shots?
  • Guest-linked complaints — issues that trace back to cleanliness or setup
  • Reliability score — Vanio's overall health score, combining all the above

Setting goals

Under Team → Goals, set targets like "95% on-time rate" or "0 complaints this week." Staff see their own progress in the app; you see everyone's at once. Goals boost motivation and make feedback less awkward — it's about hitting the number, not about you picking on someone.

Exporting

Every view exports to CSV for your records or further analysis. Use it for reviews, bonuses, or just to spot trends.

Common questions

Are scores visible to staff? Yes — staff see their own reliability score and goal progress, but not each other's. This keeps competition healthy without being toxic.

What if someone disputes a metric? Every data point is traceable back to the task and photo. Open the task, see exactly what happened, and adjust if there's a genuine error.

How often is the data updated? Immediately — every task completion feeds the dashboard in real time.
