3. AI assigns the right cleaner — The system matches tasks to staff based on proximity, skills, workload, and availability. No manual scheduling required.
4. Staff get dispatched via SMS — Your cleaners receive a text message with the task details. They reply "1" to accept. No app to install, no login to remember.
5. Inspections are documented — Staff send photos via MMS text. Photos attach to the task automatically for before/after documentation.
