AI Assistant Revenue Commands

Your AI assistant can now execute revenue and occupancy recommendations instantly with one-click commands. Instead of manually adjusting pricing strategies, calendar availability, or listing details across multiple screens, let your AI assistant apply optimizations directly from the recommendations dashboard.

Getting Started

Enable AI Commands

1. Go to Settings → AI Assistant in your dashboard
2. Ensure Execute Commands is enabled under permissions
3. Navigate to Revenue → Recommendations to see your latest AI suggestions
4. Look for the Apply button next to each recommendation

Understanding Recommendation Cards

All revenue recommendations now appear in a consistent format across your dashboard, whether you're viewing market insights or checking your property's health score. Each recommendation card shows:

• Priority level — Color-coded dots and badges (Priority, Recommended, or Advisory) • Impact estimate — Expected revenue increase like "+~$320/mo" or occupancy boost • Action type — What lever the recommendation affects (pricing, availability, etc.) • Apply options — Instant one-click application or link to detailed settings

Recommendations marked as "Automated" will be applied by the system without requiring your action. Cards with Apply buttons let you implement changes instantly after confirming the details.

Using Voice Commands

1. Click the AI Assistant icon in your top navigation
2. Ask your assistant to make specific changes, such as:
   • "Update my pricing strategy for the downtown property"
   • "Block my calendar from December 20-25 for maintenance"
   • "Increase minimum stay to 3 nights for next weekend"
3. Review the proposed changes in the confirmation dialog
4. Click Execute to apply the changes immediately

How It Works

When you click Apply on a recommendation card or approve a voice command, your assistant automatically updates the relevant settings across your property management system. A confirmation dialog appears before any changes are made, showing exactly what will be modified.

You'll see real-time confirmations of what changed, and all updates sync to your connected platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) within minutes. The system tracks every change with timestamps and reasoning, so you can always review what your AI assistant modified and why.

All commands respect your existing platform sync preferences and pricing boundaries, ensuring changes stay within your comfort zone.

Tips & Best Practices

Start Small: Begin with single-property commands to get comfortable with the feature before making bulk changes across your portfolio.

Review Before Executing: Always check the confirmation dialog to ensure the AI understood your request correctly, especially for pricing changes.

Monitor Platform Sync: Give changes 10-15 minutes to sync to external platforms. You can check sync status in the Platforms tab.

Use Natural Language: Don't worry about exact syntax—ask your AI assistant conversationally. "Make my beachhouse cheaper next week" works just as well as technical pricing commands.

Set Pricing Boundaries: Configure minimum and maximum price limits in your pricing strategy to prevent unexpected changes during high-demand periods.

Leverage Bulk Operations: For similar properties, ask your assistant to "apply the same pricing strategy to all my downtown units" instead of updating each individually.

Check Availability Impact: When adjusting minimum stays or blocking dates, consider how it affects existing inquiries and pending reservations.

Trust Automated Actions: Recommendations marked as "Automated" have been pre-approved based on your settings and will be applied without interrupting your workflow.

Q: What happens if I disagree with an AI recommendation after applying it? A: Every command can be reversed. Either ask your AI assistant to "undo the last pricing change" or manually adjust the settings in your dashboard. The system maintains a complete change history for easy reversal.

Q: Will AI commands override my manual settings? A: AI commands work within your existing boundaries and preferences. They won't exceed your maximum/minimum price limits or modify dates with existing reservations. You remain in full control of your pricing strategy.

Q: How quickly do changes appear on Airbnb and other platforms? A: Most changes sync within 10-15 minutes, though platform processing times vary. Critical updates like availability changes typically appear faster than content modifications. You'll receive notifications when sync is complete.

Q: What's the difference between recommendations I can apply and automated ones? A: Automated recommendations are low-risk optimizations that apply based on your pre-configured preferences.
