Finding Nearby Work

The Vanio marketplace is an open pool of cleaning and maintenance tasks posted by hosts in your area. If you have free time and want more work, you can browse and claim jobs whenever you like.

Browsing the marketplace

You'll see a map with pins for every open task near you

Each pin shows the pay, distance, scheduled time, and any bonuses. Tap a pin to see full details:

Full address (revealed after you claim)
Property type (studio, 2BR, villa, etc.)
Checklist preview
Estimated duration
Host rating
Pay and any bonuses

Filtering

Narrow the list with filters:

Distance — only show jobs within X miles
Date — today, tomorrow, this week
Task type — turnover, deep clean, maintenance, inspection
Minimum pay
Duration

Save a filter as a Saved Search to reuse it without setting it up each time.

Claiming a job

Found one you want? Tap Claim. The job is yours immediately — the host gets a notification and the task moves into your Today or Upcoming list. The address and access code are released at the standard time (usually the day of the job).

Staying notified

Don't want to check the app? Turn on Alerts for your saved searches. You'll get an SMS or push whenever a new job matches — be the first to claim it.

How the marketplace stays fair

Jobs are offered to everyone who matches the host's requirements. Reliability matters — the more jobs you complete on time and with good photos, the higher you rank in search results and the more likely you are to win claims on popular jobs.

Common questions

Is there a fee to use the marketplace? No. It's free to browse and claim. A small service fee is deducted from each job you complete — it's shown clearly before you claim.

What if I claim a job and can't do it? Cancel as early as possible so someone else can pick it up. Last-minute cancellations hurt your reliability score.

Can I set a minimum radius? Yes, in Settings → Marketplace Preferences. You can also set a home base so distance is measured from your actual starting point.

Do I need to onboard separately? Once — a one-time identity and payout setup that takes about 5 minutes.
