Operations availability calendar
See which units are booked, turning over, or free so your team can plan cleaning, maintenance, and inspections around real availability.
The availability calendar shows you, at a glance, which units are occupied, which are turning over, and which are free, so you can plan cleaning, maintenance, and inspections around real bookings instead of guessing.
Where to find it
In an operations workspace, Calendar sits in the main menu next to Tasks on both desktop and mobile. Open it to see every unit your team is responsible for in one grid.
What you can see
- A multi-unit view of all the properties shared with your workspace, with reservation bars showing check-in and check-out days.
- A single-unit view for any one property, so you can focus on one unit's schedule when planning a specific job.
- Booking dates and occupancy only. The availability calendar is built for planning work, so it shows when units are booked or free, never nightly rates or revenue.
Planning tasks around availability
When you open a task that's tied to a unit, the task's own mini calendar shows that unit's upcoming bookings. Use it to schedule a turnover clean for the morning after checkout, line up an inspection during a vacant gap, or avoid sending someone to a unit while a guest is still in it. Select View full calendar to jump to the unit's full schedule.
Who sees it
Everyone on an operations team, including roamers and inspectors, gets the same Tasks and Calendar menu so the whole crew plans from the same picture. Vanio AI keeps the calendar scoped to the units shared with your workspace.
