Where to find your earnings

Open your dashboard and tap Earnings. If you mostly work by text message, you can also just text the Vanio number:

• "How much did I earn today?"
• "What did I make this week?"
• "When is my next payout?"

You'll get a reply within a few seconds with your totals.

What you'll see

The earnings page is split into four views:

• Today — every job you finished today and what each one paid.
• This week — totals from Monday to Sunday, with a daily breakdown.
• This month — totals for the current month plus a weekly chart.
• All time — everything you've earned since you joined.

Tap any time period to drill into the individual jobs.

Per-task breakdown

Every job in the list shows:

• The property name
• The type of job (turnover, deep clean, mid-stay, maintenance)
• The date you completed it
• The amount you earned
• The current payment status

Tap a job to open the full report — checklist, photos, time spent, and any host rating or tip.

Payment status

Payments move through three stages:

• Pending — the job is finished and your payment is queued for the next payout cycle.
• Processing — the money is on its way to your bank.
• Paid — the money is in your account.

Most payouts land within one to two business days after the job is approved by the host.

Instant pay

If you need the money sooner, you can request Instant Pay on any pending payment. Tap Get Paid Now next to the job and confirm. The funds usually arrive within 30 minutes. A small instant-pay fee is shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

Instant Pay is optional — if you do nothing, your money still arrives in the standard payout cycle at no cost.

Tips

When a host adds a tip, it shows up as a separate line on the same job and is included in your earnings totals. Tips follow the same payout schedule as regular pay.

Tax export

At tax time, set the date range to the full year and tap Export. You'll get a CSV or PDF with every job, date, property, and amount. You can hand it to your accountant or upload it to your tax software.

Common questions

Why is a payment still pending? The host hasn't approved the task yet, or the payout cycle hasn't run. Most jobs are approved within a few hours.

A payment looks wrong — what do I do? Tap the job and use Report an Issue. Someone will review it and reply by text or email.

Where do payouts go? To the bank account you connected during setup. You can update it anytime under Settings → Payouts.

Are tips taxed? Yes — they show up in your annual export alongside regular pay.
