Reviewing Atlas data on a prospect
Review property manager prospects' Airbnb listings, hosts, and websites through the PM Identity Resolver with improved error handling and admin navigation.
What it does
When Vanio AI discovers a property-management prospect through the discovery pipeline, it runs them through the PM Identity Resolver — a matching engine that finds the prospect on Airbnb (and soon Booking.com / VRBO) and links every listing they operate. Once resolved, you can review all connected Atlas hosts, listings, and websites in one comprehensive view.
Getting started
From the prospect detail page:
- Go to Prospects and click any prospect
- Find the Atlas data card at the top of the page
- If the prospect has been resolved, you'll see linked hosts and listings displayed inline
- If not resolved yet, you'll see a helpful prompt with a Run resolver button to start the matching process
From the superadmin PM Resolver (admins only):
- Navigate to Superadmin > Atlas > PM resolver
- Use the prospect search or browse the list
- Click any prospect to open the same Atlas data review panel
- Click Open prospect to jump directly to the prospect's detail page in a new tab

How it works
The resolver automatically scans Airbnb to find host profiles that match your prospect, then pulls in all their active listings with current pricing and photos. Everything appears in a single interface where you can:
- See all linked Airbnb hosts with confidence scores
- Browse through their listings with pagination (50 listings per page for customers, up to 100 for admins)
- Review discovered websites and domains
- Click individual listings to see full details in a popup sheet
If a prospect hasn't been analyzed yet, you'll see a clear call-to-action instead of any error messages, making it easy to know your next step.
Key features
• Confidence scoring — 0.000 to 1.000 score from the resolver (above 0.95 is auto-accepted, 0.65-0.95 needs review, below 0.65 is rejected)
• Status tracking — Clear badges show accepted (auto-confirmed), manual (human-accepted), candidate (pending review), or rejected
• Live pricing data — Current nightly rates pulled from Airbnb, with timestamps showing data freshness
• Photo galleries — Listing images pulled directly from Airbnb for quick portfolio assessment
• Paginated browsing — Navigate through large listing portfolios efficiently
• Website mapping — See primary domains and aliases connected to each prospect
• Smart error handling — Unresolved prospects show helpful prompts instead of confusing error messages
Admin tools (superadmin only)
Quick navigation:
- Click Open prospect from the Atlas data review screen to jump directly to the prospect's detail page
- Opens in a new tab so you can easily switch between admin review and customer-facing views
Unresolve functionality:
- Admins can revert all accepted/manual host links back to candidate status for re-review
- Useful when the resolver made incorrect matches that need correction
- Access this through the superadmin PM Resolver tab
Enhanced pagination:
- Superadmins can view up to 100 listings per page vs. 50 for regular users
- Full access to prospect data across customer boundaries
Tips & best practices
• Check data freshness — Look at the "last priced" timestamp. Data older than a few days means our scrapers may be behind • Use for outreach prep — Review exactly which markets a prospect operates in and how their portfolio is priced before making contact • Score your leads — A prospect with 60 active listings above $400/night is much more valuable than one with 5 listings under $100 • Verify matches — If linked hosts look wrong, contact an admin to unresolve and re-review the prospect • Run analysis when prompted — If you see the "Run resolver" prompt, click it to start discovering the prospect's listings
Common questions
Q: Why don't I see any Atlas data on my prospect? A: The prospect hasn't been run through the resolver yet. You'll see a helpful prompt with a "Run resolver" button to start the matching process, or contact support if you think it should have been processed automatically.
Q: What does the confidence score mean? A: It's how certain our matching engine is that we found the right Airbnb host. Scores above 0.95 are automatically accepted, 0.65-0.95 require human review, and below 0.65 are typically rejected.
Q: Can I see more than 50 listings at once? A: Regular users are limited to 50 listings per page to keep loading times fast. Superadmins can view up to 100 per page through the admin interface.
