Working Tasks From Your Schedule Link

Every cleaner on your team gets a personal schedule link. It opens on their phone with no app to install and no password, and shows the jobs they have coming up.

Working a task from the link

When a cleaner taps Open task on an accepted job, they get the same task screen your team uses in the Vanio app:

• Property guide: the address with directions, how to get in, and the access notes from your knowledge base for that property.
• Task description: what you wrote on the task, shown before they start.
• Start, pause and breaks: the timer runs the same way it does in the app, so the time on the job is recorded.
• Checklist: they work through each step. Steps that need a photo ask for one, and the photo is saved on the task.
• Report an issue: damage, missing supplies, access problems and more, with photos. You see it on the task straight away, and in the Issues view.
• Finish: once the checklist is done they mark the task complete.

What the link can reach

A schedule link only opens tasks assigned to that cleaner, and the properties those tasks are at. It can start and finish a task but cannot change anything else about it. Messaging the team from inside a task still needs a sign-in to the Vanio app.
