Atlas Revenue Report Campaigns

This feature helps you reach potential clients by showcasing their current Airbnb performance alongside growth opportunities through your property management services.
What it does
The revenue report campaign system generates detailed portfolio analyses for property managers based on their existing Airbnb listings. How it works
Automatic prospect identification
Atlas continuously identifies property management companies from public Airbnb data. The system analyzes host profiles, verifies email addresses, and builds comprehensive portfolio reports for qualified prospects.
Personalized report generation
For each qualified prospect, Atlas creates a custom revenue report containing:
- Current portfolio overview with property count
- Market-specific revenue estimates
- Growth opportunity analysis
- Benchmark comparisons with similar properties
- Potential earnings uplift through professional management
Intelligent sending
The system automatically manages email delivery timing, avoiding weekends and holidays. It tracks engagement metrics and adjusts sending patterns based on recipient behavior and industry best practices.
Secure report access
Each prospect receives a unique, secure link to view their full report. These links expire after 30 days and include tracking to show you when prospects engage with their reports.

Tips & best practices
Optimizing campaign performance
- Start conservatively: Begin with 10-15 emails per day and gradually increase based on response rates
- Monitor engagement metrics: Aim for open rates above 25% and click-through rates above 3%
- Test different send times: Most property managers check email between 9-11 AM and 2-4 PM
- Follow up strategically: Use the built-in follow-up sequences for prospects who viewed their reports but didn't respond
Improving response rates
- Customize your sender name: Personal names typically perform better than company names
- Keep subject lines specific: "Revenue analysis for [Company Name]" works better than generic subject lines
- Respond quickly: Set up notifications for replies and aim to respond within 2 hours during business days
Compliance and reputation
- Verify your sending domains: Complete domain authentication before launching campaigns
- Monitor bounce rates: Keep bounce rates below 2% by maintaining clean prospect lists
- Honor unsubscribe requests: The system automatically processes opt-outs, but monitor the unsubscribe rate
- Track spam complaints: If spam complaint rates exceed 0.1%, pause campaigns and review your targeting
Common questions
How often does the system find new prospects? Atlas continuously discovers new property management companies and updates existing prospect information. New qualified prospects are typically added to campaigns within 24-48 hours of identification.
What happens when prospects click on their report links? Prospects are taken to a branded landing page displaying their complete portfolio analysis. The page includes contact information and a clear call-to-action to schedule a consultation. You receive real-time notifications when prospects view their reports.
Can I customize the revenue calculations shown in reports? Yes, you can adjust the revenue modeling parameters in Settings → Report Configuration. This includes management fee assumptions, occupancy rate improvements, and pricing optimization estimates. Changes apply to all future reports generated by the system.
