Atlas makes it easy to subscribe to our vacation rental management platform with flexible payment options and automatic account setup. Whether you're coming from an email campaign or exploring our platform directly, you can get started with Atlas in just a few clicks.

What it does

The Atlas billing system handles your subscription management with three pricing tiers: monthly per-listing plans, annual discounted plans, and revenue-sharing options. You can start your subscription before even creating an account, and the system automatically links your payment to your profile once you sign up.

Getting started

Option 1: Direct checkout from email campaigns

If you received a personalized revenue report email:

  1. Click the upgrade link in your email - this takes you directly to a customized checkout page
  2. Choose your plan based on your portfolio size:
    • Monthly billing: Pay per listing each month
    • Annual billing: Save with yearly payment
    • Revenue share: Performance-based pricing
  3. Complete payment using our secure checkout process
  4. Create your account - you'll be redirected to sign up after payment
  5. Your subscription activates automatically once your account is created

Option 2: Standard subscription flow

If you're already exploring Atlas:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan" to see available options
  3. Select your preferred billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  4. Enter your listing count for accurate pricing
  5. Complete checkout with your payment information
  6. Your plan activates immediately

How it works

Automatic account linking

When you pay before creating an account, Atlas remembers your payment and automatically connects it to your profile when you sign up. You'll never lose access to what you've paid for, and there's no need to re-enter payment information.

Flexible plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, so you're never charged twice for the same period.

Secure payment processing

All payments are handled through enterprise-grade payment processing with bank-level security. Your payment information is never stored directly on Atlas servers.

Managing your subscription

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Your current plan and billing cycle
  • Next payment date and amount
  • Current listing count and usage
  • Payment method on file
  • Billing history and invoices

Changing your plan

  1. Click "Change Plan" in your billing settings
  2. Select your new plan and billing frequency
  3. Review the changes and effective date
  4. Confirm to update your subscription

Updating payment information

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Save changes - your next payment will use the new method

Downloading invoices

All your invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Click any invoice to download a PDF copy for your records.

Tips & best practices

Choose annual billing for savings: Annual plans offer significant discounts compared to monthly billing, typically saving 15-20% over the year.

Monitor your listing count: Your bill adjusts based on active listings. Remove unused properties from Atlas to optimize your costs.

Set up billing alerts: Enable email notifications for upcoming payments and billing changes in your account settings.

Keep payment info current: Update your payment method before it expires to avoid service interruptions.

What happens if I pay before creating an account? No problem! Atlas automatically links your payment to your account when you sign up. You'll have immediate access to all features you've paid for.
