How it works
The status monitor connects to our real-time monitoring system and automatically updates to reflect current service health. Your property fleet status now reads from live data sources, ensuring you see accurate information about which listings are actively syncing and available for booking.
When you access the status information, you'll see different indicators based on system status:
- Green "Operational" - All systems running normally
- Yellow "Degraded" - Some services experiencing minor issues
- Red "Down" - Major service disruption
In the Nodes dashboard, your properties will show their true operational state rather than outdated information. This means you'll no longer see properties appearing offline when they're actually actively syncing and available to guests.
When you click the status link, you'll be taken to status.vanio.ai, our public status page where you can:
- View current status of all Vanio services
- See detailed incident reports and resolution updates
- Check historical uptime data
- Subscribe to status notifications via email or SMS

Tips & best practices
Check status first when experiencing issues If something seems slow or isn't working as expected, click the status link in the footer or visit the system page to check for known issues. This can save you troubleshooting time.
Trust your property status indicators The Nodes dashboard now shows accurate real-time status for your property fleet. If a property shows as online, it's actively syncing and available for bookings. You no longer need to second-guess status indicators that previously might have shown stale information.
Bookmark the status page For quick reference outside of Vanio, bookmark status.vanio.ai. This is especially useful if you're experiencing connectivity issues with the main dashboard.
Subscribe to status notifications Visit status.vanio.ai and click "Subscribe to Updates" to get automatic notifications about planned maintenance or unexpected issues. This helps you stay informed even when you're not actively using Vanio.
Use status page for team communication When reporting issues to your team or to Vanio support, reference the status page. It provides precise incident details and timestamps that help resolve problems faster.
Common questions
Where can I find the system status? You can access system status through the link in the footer of any dashboard page, or by going to Settings → System where you'll find a status section at the top of the page. For detailed property fleet status, check the Nodes dashboard.
What's the difference between the footer link and the system page? Both provide access to the same real-time status information. The footer link gives you direct access from any page, while the system page provides more context about what the status information means. The Nodes dashboard specifically shows your property fleet status.
Why do my property statuses look different now? We've improved the accuracy of property status monitoring. You'll now see the true real-time status of your listings rather than potentially outdated information. Properties that are actively syncing and available will correctly show as online.
Can I get notifications about status changes? Yes! Click through to status.vanio.ai and subscribe to get email or SMS notifications about incidents, planned maintenance, and service updates. This keeps you informed even when you're away from your dashboard.
