Getting started

Platform monitoring works automatically—there's nothing you need to set up or configure. However, you can stay informed about platform status through these features:

Viewing Platform Status

  1. Check the status indicator in your dashboard header—a green dot means all systems are running smoothly
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Platform Status to view detailed system health information
  3. Subscribe to status updates by clicking "Get Notifications" to receive alerts about any planned maintenance or service updates
