Why a portfolio matters
When you're pitching a new host, words only go so far. "We're thorough and reliable" sounds the same coming from every cleaning company. What actually wins the job is showing real proof — real photos, real AI verification results, real ratings from other hosts who already trust you.
A portfolio of past task reports does exactly that. It's the difference between competing on price (where you'll always lose to someone cheaper) and competing on trust (where you can charge what you're worth).
What goes into a portfolio
A good portfolio is a small, curated set of your best task reports. Each report already includes everything a prospective host wants to see:
- Photos of the property after you finished, with Expected vs. Approved comparisons
- AI verification results showing your pass rate and confidence scores
- The full checklist you completed with per-item ratings
- Time spent on site
- Any issues you flagged and how you handled them
- The host's rating and comments
Your job is to pick the strongest examples and put them in one place.
AI pass rate as a selling point
Your AI verification pass rate is one of the most powerful numbers in your portfolio. When a prospective host sees "94% AI pass rate across 200 verified items," they know your work consistently meets standards — verified by an objective third party, not just self-reported.

Building your portfolio
- Open the Reports section in your dashboard.
- Filter by 5-star ratings to see your best work.
- Open a report you're proud of.
- Tap Add to Portfolio.
- Repeat for 8 to 15 reports that show range — different property types, different sizes, different challenges.
You can add and remove reports from the portfolio anytime. Quality beats quantity. A focused 10-report portfolio lands better than 50 average ones.
What to include
Aim for variety and depth:
- Different property types — a studio, a 2-bedroom apartment, a large house, a condo
- Multiple reports from the same property to show consistency over time
- Thorough checklists — every box ticked, with ratings
- High AI pass rates — reports where most or all items passed AI verification on the first attempt
- Clear photo documentation — Expected vs. Approved side-by-side, good lighting, sharp angles
- High ratings — mostly 5-star reports
- Issue handling — at least one or two reports where you spotted a problem and handled it like a pro
The "issue handling" examples are surprisingly powerful. Hosts know things go wrong — what they want to see is how you respond when they do.
Sharing your portfolio
Once you've added reports, tap Share Portfolio to get a single link. Send it to anyone — a host you're pitching, an owner asking for proof of quality, a property manager doing background checks.
The link works in any browser. No login, no account, no app needed.
Using it in sales conversations
- Send the link before the meeting. Hosts who arrive having already seen your work are halfway sold.
- Walk through one or two standout reports. Point out the AI verification results: "See here — every item passed on the first photo. That's our standard."
- Let real ratings do the talking. A real 5-star rating from another host carries more weight than anything you could say about yourself.
Common questions
Will hosts see other hosts' names in my reports? No — property names and personal details are removed when reports are shared in a portfolio.
Can I update my portfolio after sharing the link? Yes. The same link will always show your current selection.
How often should I refresh it? Every couple of months, swap in newer reports with better AI pass rates as your work improves.
Can I have more than one portfolio? Yes — create separate portfolios for different niches (luxury, budget, large homes) and share the most relevant one with each prospect.
