Pricing Digest Emails
Get consolidated daily or weekly emails with all your pricing recommendations, competitor moves, and local events in one actionable summary.
What it does
Pricing digest emails consolidate all your pricing recommendations into a single, actionable summary delivered daily or weekly to your inbox. Instead of receiving separate notifications for each listing, you'll get one comprehensive email showing your top repricing opportunities, estimated revenue lift, and local events that could affect demand across your entire portfolio.
Getting started
Setting your digest frequency
- Go to Listings in your dashboard
- Click on any listing to open its details
- Navigate to the Pricing tab
- Click Strategy Settings
- Find the Digest Cadence dropdown and choose:
- Daily — receive summaries every morning
- Weekly — receive summaries every Monday morning
- Off — stop receiving digest emails entirely
- Click Save Strategy

What happens next
Your digest preference applies to your entire account. If you have multiple listings with different cadence settings, the most frequent option wins (daily takes priority over weekly). You'll start receiving digests according to your schedule, delivered to the primary admin email on your account.
How it works
Delivery timing
- Daily digests arrive at 8:00 AM UTC every day
- Weekly digests arrive at 8:00 AM UTC every Monday
- Emails are only sent when there's meaningful pricing activity to report
What's included in each digest
Every digest email contains:
Pricing Recommendations Summary
- Total number of new pricing suggestions
- How many were automatically applied vs. pending your review
- Estimated revenue lift from implementing all recommendations
- Top 5-10 biggest pricing opportunities ranked by potential impact
Market Activity Alerts
- Competitor price changes of 20% or more near your listings
- Which of your properties might be affected
- Percentage changes and new rate levels
Local Events Impact
- Upcoming events in your markets that could drive demand
- Event categories (conferences, festivals, sports, etc.)
- Dates and potential pricing implications

Tips & best practices
Choosing your cadence
- Choose daily if you actively manage pricing and want to respond quickly to market changes
- Choose weekly if you prefer a broader view and make pricing decisions less frequently
- Turn off digests temporarily during busy periods when you can't act on recommendations
Acting on recommendations
- Review the estimated revenue lift column to prioritize which listings to update first
- Pay attention to competitor moves—if nearby properties are raising rates significantly, you might have room to increase yours
- Use event alerts to manually adjust pricing for high-demand periods the system might not fully capture yet
Managing multiple properties
- Digest frequency applies account-wide, but recommendations are sorted by impact across your entire portfolio
- Use the listing names in each recommendation to quickly identify which properties need attention
- Consider enabling auto-apply for stable listings while keeping manual approval for your highest-value properties
Common questions
Q: Can I set different digest frequencies for different listings? A: The system uses the strongest preference across all your pricing strategies. If any listing is set to daily, you'll receive daily digests. To get weekly digests, all your listings need to be set to weekly or off.
Q: What happens if I don't have any pricing recommendations in a given period? A: You won't receive a digest email—they're only sent when there's actionable pricing information to share. This prevents inbox clutter during stable periods.
Q: How do I know if auto-apply is working vs. recommendations that need manual approval? A: The digest clearly separates "automatically applied" recommendations from "pending your review." Auto-applied changes show the old and new prices, while pending recommendations include direct links to approve or reject each suggestion.
Q: Can I change my digest settings for just one listing? A: Digest preferences work at the account level for simplicity, but you can adjust individual listing strategies to be more or less aggressive, which affects what appears in your digests.
Q: Why am I seeing competitor price changes in my digest? A: Market intelligence helps you make informed pricing decisions. When nearby properties make significant rate changes (20%+ increases or decreases), it might signal an opportunity to adjust your own pricing to stay competitive or capture increased demand.
