How It Works
The Health tab continuously monitors your listing performance and automatically generates specific, actionable recommendations when issues arise.
Automatic Problem Detection
Your listing health is analyzed daily, checking:
- Occupancy gaps: Empty dates in the next 30 days
- Pricing position: How your rates compare to similar properties
- Listing completeness: Missing photos, descriptions, or amenities
- Review trends: Rating changes and guest feedback patterns
- Booking patterns: Lead times and cancellation impacts
Smart Action Generation
When problems are detected, the system creates targeted solutions:
- One-click fixes: Pricing adjustments, calendar changes, and strategy updates happen instantly
- Guided improvements: Content updates and channel management link directly to the right editing pages
- Revenue estimates: See potential monthly impact before making changes
Prioritized by Impact
Actions appear in order of potential revenue impact, with the most valuable opportunities at the top. Critical issues (like major occupancy gaps) get priority over minor optimizations.
Key Features
• Instant pricing fixes: Discount empty dates or adjust your overall pricing strategy with one click
• Calendar optimization: Shorten minimum stays on vacant nights to capture last-minute bookings
• Content completion: Direct links to add missing amenities, photos, or descriptions
• Revenue estimates: See potential monthly gains before applying changes
• Smart timing: Actions appear when problems develop, not on a schedule
• Undo protection: Confirmation dialogs show exactly what changes before applying
• Cross-surface consistency: Same action logic used in Market Reports for familiar, reliable recommendations

Tips & Best Practices
Act on High-Impact Items First
Focus on actions marked "High" severity or showing significant revenue estimates. These typically involve:
- Pricing adjustments for properties with low occupancy
- Filling gaps from recent cancellations
- Completing content for new or underperforming listings
Review Before Clicking
One-click actions show confirmation dialogs with specific changes. For example: "Set $95/night on 5 empty nights (Mar 15 → Mar 20)." Read these carefully—they're designed to be conservative, but you know your market best.
Combine Multiple Levers
The system often suggests both pricing and calendar changes for the same problem. Consider applying both:
- Lower prices on empty dates to attract bookings
- Reduce minimum stay requirements to capture shorter trips
Monitor Results
After taking action, check back in 3-7 days to see how occupancy and bookings respond. The Health tab will update with new recommendations as conditions change.
Use Advisory Actions
Gray "advisory" buttons guide you to pages where manual updates are needed. These often have the highest long-term impact:
- Adding professional photos
- Enabling Instant Book
- Writing detailed property descriptions
Common Questions
Q: Will one-click actions override my existing pricing strategy?
A: No, one-click pricing actions are conservative and targeted. Calendar-specific discounts only affect the dates shown, while strategy adjustments make small shifts (typically 5% below market median) that you can modify later in your pricing settings.
Q: What if I disagree with a recommendation?
A: All actions are suggestions based on performance data. You can ignore any recommendation or use the manual editing links to make different changes. The Health tab will continue monitoring and may suggest different approaches as conditions change.
Q: How often do new actions appear?
A: Actions generate automatically when the daily health analysis detects issues. Most active listings see new recommendations weekly, while consistently performing properties may go longer between suggestions. Major changes (like cancellations or market shifts) can trigger immediate new actions.
