What it does

Atlas Dynamic Pricing delivers nightly price suggestions for your individual listings based on real market data, booking patterns, and seasonal trends. You get data-driven pricing recommendations that automatically update every morning, helping you optimize revenue without manual price monitoring.

Getting started

Option 1: Start from Vanio dashboard (existing users)

1. Go to Settings → Billing in your Vanio dashboard
2. Find the Atlas Dynamic Pricing card
3. If you see a paywall, upgrade to Starter plan first
4. Use the quantity selector to choose how many listings you want tracked
5. Click Subscribe (first time) or Update listings (if already subscribed)
6. Your first pricing suggestions will appear the next morning

Option 2: Direct checkout (new users)

If you received a direct checkout link, you can purchase Atlas and create your account in one flow:

1. Click your personalized Atlas checkout link
2. Select your plan (monthly, annual, or revenue share)
3. Choose how many listings you want tracked
4. Complete payment
5. Create your Vanio account
6. Your Atlas subscription will be automatically activated
7. Your first pricing suggestions will appear the next morning

How it works

Every morning, Vanio automatically generates fresh price suggestions for your subscribed listings. The system analyzes your property's location, amenities, recent bookings in your area, and seasonal demand patterns to recommend optimal nightly rates.

You'll see suggestions in your pricing dashboard, and they're also available through our API if you use external tools. We've significantly improved the reliability and accuracy of competitive pricing data — you now receive real-time visibility into market rate changes as they happen, giving you much more comprehensive competitive intelligence.

Pricing plans

Monthly: $9/month per listing, billed monthly Annual: $7.50/month per listing, billed annually (save 17%) Revenue Share: 2% of gross booking revenue, no upfront cost

You set the quantity of listings you want tracked, and that becomes your rate limit. You can switch which specific listings get suggestions, but the total count can't exceed your subscription level.

Quantity changes take effect immediately with prorated billing. Cancel anytime through your billing portal.
