Vanio's AI automation tools handle guest communications, booking approvals, review requests, and cleaning coordination automatically. These four powerful features work together to reduce your daily workload while maintaining excellent guest experiences.

Getting Started

Accessing AI Automation Settings

  1. Go to SettingsAI & Automation in your Vanio dashboard
  2. You'll see four automation toggles:
    • Instant Book - Auto-approve qualified bookings
    • Auto-Reply - Respond to guest messages instantly
    • Review Requests - Ask guests for reviews after checkout
    • Auto-Cleaning - Schedule turnover cleaning automatically

Enabling Your First Automation

  1. Start with Auto-Reply: Click the toggle next to "Auto-Reply to Guest Messages"
  2. Choose your properties: Select which listings should use auto-reply
  3. Review the template: Vanio shows you what guests will receive
  4. Save changes: Your AI assistant starts responding within minutes

How Each Automation Works

Instant Book

When enabled, Vanio automatically accepts booking requests that meet your criteria. You'll receive notifications about new bookings, but no action is required from you. Guests get immediate confirmation, improving your booking conversion rate.
